Change

No English winter garden in the Northern hemisphere is ever complete without the delicate little nodding blooms from beautiful little snowdrop bulbs. It’s the first sign of change and by Jove, isn’t that something we’ve all been looking forward too for quite some time. Over the past few weeks it’s been incredibly cold at the farm. The nights still close in at around 5pm and we wake to a rising sun that’s often climbing behind the clouds. Our gardens have been laying dormant since October but now is the time of year in which we welcome new growth for the year ahead.
